Paratheraps bifasciatus in my opinion. Will need to wait for it to grow and colour up a bit more though I imagine.

The cross bars are fairly distinctive for fenestratum. The majority of the "Vieja" type spp when young have the dark horizontal bar. Looks very much like fenestratum. To the best of my knowledge there are no longer pure bifasciatum left in Australia. Everyone I have see in the last couple of years has been a cross. Though I very much hope there are some pure ones lurking out there somewhere.
