    Starting a lil planted

Think I've decided on the rocks to use for the scape. Had a few different kinds, but these are a good scale. I have about 10 rocks all up to work with. Played around for about an hour.

Hey, I just started collecting L number plecos a few months ago, I have 6 different types, l002, l066, l104, l168, l333 and l397. All are fry between 3cm and 5cm roughly. My partner and I also keep 6 types of Cory dora, discus, sailfin plecos, gibbiceps, shrimp, apisto's and royal whiptails, common, albino and calico bristlenoses. we currently have sterbai, bronze and albino Cory babies hatching atm. Looking to acquire more L numbers including pairs and trios, and more Cory doras, If you are selling any pairs or trios or are selling any of the rarer corys please inbox me. Thank you

    SOME OF MY DISCUS

@TED Got angels in another tank, was always dubious about discus now treat them like any other fish, do not do as many water changes as I should but have not lost any since they have been in this tank. ( 500 lit planted community tank )

    SOME OF MY DISCUS

Nice peter. I myself have found it a lot easier to post pics under this new format. I was actually a little annoyed when it first happened only because some people don't always like change and I went missing for a bit, buuuut it is a little better in some ways so I'm kinda back now. Nice to see you have upgraded fish from the angels I sold you. Discus are one of my Achilles heels. I just don't seem to have any luck with them. Nice color combos by the way.

I did 3x32mm holes in tank, same as the "downflow box". Not sure how you feel in looks but i made a box on the inside aswell for surface skimming and wrapped it in black acrylic, otherwise you get to see that box from the display side as you cant pauint that part of the back of tank. Check out my pics in 4x2x2 reef in diy

    ROYAL WHIPTAILS

Thanks for the info, at the moment I have 6, I know one (the largest around 11cm without tail) is a male as it has furry whiskers on sides of face, the others are around 8+cms. The guy I got them from lives on coast and he said he has eggs again, his breed regularly but not very helpful with info.

    Alasse's Tanks

Wow, very nice setups. When do you have time to eat? I love the oscar tanks, you don't often see them with decor like that. i can't decide whether I like the black gravel or grass better.

Oh yes, I do like a nice path through the rocks style scape. Sure they tend to plant out well, but mainly its because it reminds me of setting out on an epic Skyrim quest!

    Starting a lil planted

Already looking good and its just sand. Like a fresh save in a gta game. Is there anything better in this world than a blank slate and dozens of options? I would be tempted to do a montage. Just need a shot from same place each time and you could make a .gif Bit of mucking around, but nice way to see plants grow in. Amano forever.
