1. Don't know if I can name "non sponsor" businesses on here but there is a place in Nerang that are selling neon tetras at 20 for $20 atm. If you search for neon tetras on gumtree they posted an ad up. PM me if you can't find it. Little bit of a trip for you though haha.
2. How big are those loaches? They have to be one of my favourite fish.
3. Ordered! Just finished my last bucket, last night. I think we call that a coincidence. Cheers!

5. If you're doing a display tank and only have a 220L and not looking to go bigger in the future I would go an all male african mbuna tank. Have some nice colours to choose from, can be cheap and shouldn't need to upgrade tank size for most species. Personal opinion.
6. Yeah I saw that post and thought the worx worked well. I ended up getting one of the 4ft planted and one of the 4ft marine worx lights and a couple other bits. Works out to be around $90 each with the easter discount so I'm stoked! Can't wait for them to arrive so I can try them out haha.
7. I'm pretty much in the exact same boat as you. I have fluro lights on my 6ft display that just aren't cutting it and I'm ordering 2 x 4ft worx leds from AOA, one of the planted and one of the marine. So I can let you know how well it goes when they arrive.
8. Haha yeah I know what you mean and my OCD level on a scale of 1 to 10 is in the high 9+'s. Can't wait for the 6ftr now, you've made the prices far too good for that. I think I might just get 1 of each of the 4ftrs and either use both or if one's good enough get another tank?? That's what they call win/win right? Cheers again.
9. Thanks guys. Looking to get something that's easy and ready to go Dfwi. Have no plants Lictoga , tried that but the africans destroy them haha. I think what you are saying Donny@ageofaquariums is I need both haha. I have a mix probably half blue, half yellows, oranges and reds so once again hard to decide. I'm guessing you don't have the 6ft model yet, will a 4ft light sitting in the middle be enough? Cheers.
10. I've been looking at swapping my existing fluro lights to LEDs for a while now and the recent easter sale has pushed me to finally do it and was wondering what the best option for me is. I have a 6x2x2 display tank with African cichlids, black tahitian moon sand, texas holey rock and a bit of driftwood. My question is which of the worx leds would work best for me considering I want to make the tank as bright as possible because the black substrate obviously darkens the tank a bit but also bring out the best colours in the africans. I've looked through most of the pictures on here trying to compare both lights but it's hard to tell how they would look over my set up especially with the black sand. So any first hand experience and advice would be great! Cheers.
11. Used and abused this... Bought stuff I didn't really need just cause it's so damn cheap!
12. Where did you find this $20 wave maker ryang ? I need a couple for my 6x2x2, same problem as you and I can let you know how a couple would go in your future tank haha.
13. No need to apologize mate, was all on me that one haha. Was gonna check out all the other stuff you don't deliver like the holey rock etc. Will have to come check out the store on a weekday as well! Thanks mate! You guys are all awesome!
