  2. It was an editable field, so I edited it! I've never been banned from anything, i'm way too loveable! I asked admin years years ago if I could have my user name as banned, they said no.. Haha this will have to be close enough
  3. And abiding by the topic of this thread, I set up a small pond/tub and descided to get back into the algae farming business. I got myself a nice little Ryukin and a little Ranchu that has a nice back and pretty much semetrical fins I have spent the last few weeks cycling water and.. Nah to be honest I filled it, went and saw Donny and got enough gear to barley filter it and rely on water changes and chucked some fish in. Not the greatest plan but then I never went for science or safe or popular belief. Wow, the forum has been upgraded! Looks nice, works really well, good job admin people, looks like it would have been a fair amount of time in the back ground! Anyways, hi to anyone that still remembers me and I hope t catch up soon
  4. Hey! Welcome, I can't help with any of your questions.. Just wanted to say hi.
  5. reduce the population of (a wild animal) by selective slaughter. "some of the culled deer will be used for scientific research" synonyms: slaughter, kill, destroy; More Google says Cull means ^^^^ Doesn't mention selling and hoping and policing buyers... Cull you culls and move on, if you can't cull ... Probably shouldn't make fish babies.
  6. I would miss the **** out of this place! I don't post so much anymore because I feel a bit outta touch from not posting so much.. Haha catch 22, but I do read a lot.. QLDAF has given me so much entertainment, information, new friends, anger, help, bargains, laughs and a place to waste time on the Internet that I'd be totally bummed if it disappeared. I've read funny things on here that I get to take to real life and pretend I made it up and seem really funny, I've read things on here that helped me save fish, I've got to visit some amazing fish rooms that members have generously welcomed me into, I've been welcomed into people's houses for dinner (@russ I'm looking at you) and got to meet families and share laught and drinks, I've had members generously restock my house with fancy things like free plasma TVs after our house was robbed (thanks Ben), I've learned the Internet isn't real and a throat punch can solve many things.. Thanks raycam, I've learned so much about fish from dudes like Tuffy, Goldenswimmers, Donny, jester, rod, fishking, daydream and many more. I've seem some of the best internet dummy spits ever here.. That alone is worth hanging around for... Seriously.
  7. Tuffy to the rescue! Bubblegirl, take Tuffys advice he has been keeping fish like these for a loooong time and knows what he's on about, he's also a super good bloke.. But that's irrelevant right now.. Seriously take Tuffys advice.
  8. I don't know the standards for black moors very well, but it's very pretty from above!!

  13. I used to do it, I don't remember the exact recipe but I do remember it was lots of fun and my plants did grow.

  15. Both sides of the bit where the plants are have water passing over the top of the walls.. I think one needs to go over and one under or water will just pass over the top of that section? Does that sound right? And the tiny bio balls section won't really do anything.. Put some sponge there or something
