  4. I somehow ended up with a fish tank that uses light bulbs that are specifically only used in these Juwel fish tanks. I need to find replacement bulbs and have had no luck. Tried a online Melbourne fish shop but at checkout it said the seller details are not correct so the place must be shutdown. Preferably someone on the sunshine coast that sells them or else anyone that could post these bulbs would be great. If anyone can tell me how I can get hold of:Juwel T5 High Lite Tube 54w 1047mm Please help.

  7. I added 5 clown loaches and 3 extra pieces of driftwood just over a week ago and have lost 20 neons, 15 guppies, plenty of bristlenose and some L104's since. All water tests came up fine, tried water changes and removed the driftwood. Fish seem to go slightly red in the stomach area that have died but no other symptoms. No signs of white spot, ich, finrot or any of the usually diseases, so I bought some panacure 25 today that will hopefully sort out whatever is killing my fish. Fish look fine but 2 hours later I find dead ones. I hate loosing fish especially when I don't know why. Used 70ml in my 6ftx2ftx2ft so hope that does the job.
  8. Yea very excited loving those vegetarians I got from you John. Thanks Adamski for that link to _Les_'s post. I have them in my garage that gets pretty warm so I keep them at 30 degrees. I have plenty of wood and also feed them hikari algae wafers. Have tried zuchinni but this pair isn't interested in it. If I keep the fry in the tank will the adults still breed, or should I remove the fry once they vacate the cave? Tank is 2.5ft.
  9. Hi guys This would be common knowledge for a few of you but as I have never had L fry and would love some advise. My L002's have done the mommy-daddy think and I have some fry, or one that I know of. The male is still fanning and protecting the cave so I assume more are in there but I have thus far only seen the one that washed out about 5 days ago with a water change (mainly just a egg at the time, but now the egg is almost gone and I have the sucker swimming around) Should I be removing the male and the cave or should they be okay with the female in the tank? Also should I feed them differently now that I have fry? Thanks Rudi
  10. Very nice. Can't believe the amount of fry. Love the tanks.
  11. This tank has heaps of drool factor. Love it! Cleaning it would be fun, just pull your scuba gear out and in you go.
  12. Hi Tony Welcome! I bought 4x L333's and 5x Caves from you a few months ago via another forum. Great fish and very well made slate caves. Rudi
  13. I must say I have lost about 4 neons out of that tank over the last 3 weeks (not usual) and a couple of pep 3 cm's. So hard to spot the buggers to get rid of them. Every time I thing I have em all I see some more. Thanks for the advise and info. Damselfly nymphs a hunting we do go.
