  1. Hey guys, Nate here, I've finally got my license back, so keen as mustard to go out looking for some native shrimp for a nano I've got I'm most after glass or riffles. I live in the Logan area, but keen to go for a little drive, set up 2-3 traps, then come back in the morning to check on them I'll be using just the normal rectangular bait traps with probably a can of cat food or tuna in each with a few hours poked in Regards, Nathan Aka BarryToucher

  9. Months ago I bought some feeder yabbies. not all of them got eaten. now it has grown big enough that my fish have become the feeders. Not the smartest idea. It is under a rock in my tank that is too heavy to lift. Any ideas of how I can catch, kill or trap this thing without injuring or harming my fish?

  14. Increasingly in the past couple weeks I have noticed there has been a fair bit of chatter about some of the more exotic native species. Some of the talk within those topics has been where can i catch one as if instead of buying something that has been raised in an environment to suit going into tanks eg fish farms, it seems the easier option to go out and diminish what wild populations we have left. What is your opinion of this considering WC foreign species are so sought after....
