  1. I had no frozen food the other day and fed every one just some flake food that I have on hand for these times, check out the head of the peps, the red in their heads is the flake food, lol These are a couple of old adult/hermaphrodites i have had for years, nice red lol

I just got a new tank and filter from my family, before setting it all up i made sure to flush out of the filter as it has dried sediment in the IN and OUT tubes. after setting up the filter it washed left over crap from the filter and pipes all through my tank. Ive tried skimming the water with a net but it doesn't seem to be fixing the problem. HELP! My first big tank looks crap!

  9. Hi all, I have been using ocean Nutrition-Spirulina Flake mainly for my african fry & have had exceptional results. However. I have run dry. I want to continue using a quality product, however it is very expensive, I am looking for recommendations for other flake foods or somewhere I can buy this flake at a good price, probably looking to buy around 1kg.   11. Just after a little advice as to a good staple flake for my shellies and Tangs . I am nearly out of flake and am about to buy some more food . I have been feeding O.S.I. but I am looking to change brands . Looking also for one that comes in 500g or 1 kg quantities . and readily available !
