  1. Will a small group of Desert Gobies be OK to keep in an outdoors bathtub pond?
  2. I'm attempting to breed these bumblebee gobies in freshwater I'm going to give them a few months in this tank if no luck I'll do a bit of a change up and try them in something smaller with white sand and less distractions. All seem to be fairly active and even though most things I've read say that they are territorial these ones all seem to like to hang out. I have a peppermint an oto and a couple of harlequin rasboras in there but they seem to leave each other alone. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Australian endangered species: Desert gobies Interesting little write up. Saw this on facebook through the Freshwater Fish Group & Fish Health Unit. They do some cool stuff in WA that is worth watching for and following. I could get into Aussie Natives. So many fish so few tanks.....
  4. Today I saw desert gobies for the first time in person, they are freeking cool! Much reaserch and a new tank me thinks who here keeps them? I'd love to see some tanks!
  5. Ok- looking for tips on keeping these things. I had some years ago, but frustrtingly watched them all slowly drop off one after the other. Anybody here keep them successfully? Water/diet tips? I've been told by half the people I've asked that they need brackish, the other half fresh only. Everyone tells me they need live food to thrive. Can I keep a few in fluval edge ok? (gotta do something with that bloody paperweight).
