  1. Hey Guys, lately i've notice my 2 peacock bass cleaning one of the flat rocks in the tank and I thought they might be breeding. A couple days later and ive noticed about 200 little eggs on the rock. please help I need to know what to do. Do I take them out of the tank? Will the parents eat them? What to feed them, how when etc?
  2. our pair of angels just decided to lay a good batch of eggs this arvo . they look nice & brown at moment so hoping we get good hatch ratio . just got to decide whether to remove eggs & hatch in seperate tank or take a chance with the parents .. only recently bought these as a pair so not sure on history .. defintly male / female though as i watched female lay eggs & male fertilize over them ..
  3. woke up this morning to a heap of eggs from our new pair of sevs, f/m is gold and male is green/gold, must be a couple hundred, so the morning was spent moving our angels and discus into new tanks so they wouldn't eat the sevs fry, now the waiting begins, we will add pics later, ps, thanks fernando,
  4. Hey guys n girls Came home tonight from seeing my mate who has just gotten home from London, Had a few beers at the pub and won a nice meat tray too! Ive just had a look in my tank which houses my L168s to find my boy fanning away his first lot oh eggs like a champ! Now these are the first L's I've bred, I've bred lf BN's, sf BN and orange spot BN previously so my experience with breeding L's is pretty much zero ( I brought the girl about a few months ago she's only been sharing a tank for the last few weeks) and I've heard 168s can be abit hard to keep alive, So if any l breeders out there can give me some tips on keeping these fellas alive it's be greatly appreciated Thanks Cav
