..Does anyone here have any experience with either of these two products. Looking at the bigger ones for thicker glass. Interested in the Algae Free Great White or Tiger Shark and whatever the equivalent Mag Float is. My tank has 0 nitrates and not a lot of light but I still get a bit of algae growth on the glass (gets a bit of reflected sunlight on the glass). The way my tank is set up it is pretty hard to get in or use a scraper/sponge on a handle. There is not a lot of algae growth but after about a week or so it is noticeable. My current algae magnet (think its a large Aqua One type) is pretty average and is almost useless on the stubborn algae if I dont clean the glass in a while. I am after something that will do a very good job and clean the glass up real good, but dont want to pay $150+ if it will only be a small improvement to my current one. edit- the more I can clean my glass the more pics i can post for you guys

Hi all, was wondering peoples opinion on the use of epsom salt(mag sulphate) instead of the very expensive cichlid lake salt. Having spoken to chemist type people at my workplace, and they think it would work , but they have no aquarium keeping experience. any thoughts would be appreciated greatly.
