  1. As always I have had "words" lol, with supposed guru morons saying this is wrong, that mag is not incredibly important and does not control so much so easily for the hobby, oh and for our health as well. I take it, my tank takes it, all up for over 15 years now and the twits still do not or wont, realise how much it actually does! This substance can be over dosed with no harm as well, I just chuck some in each other day. It was only earlier this year again, a few gurus reckon all this is wrong, so from that, what is the average reef guru, an idiot!!! Hey I always get that sort of thing thrown at me, so here are a few links to put it straight about mag. http://www.ancient-minerals.com/magnesium-benefits/what-is-function/ http://pets.thenest.com/happens-magnesium-low-aquarium-12901.html http://marineplantbook.com/marinebookpage10.htm http://www.wetwebmedia.com/plantedtkssubwebindex/majmicrnutrplts.htm http://drsircus.com/medicine/magnesium/magnesium-the-lamp-of-life
