  1. From experience whats better?
  2. Hey guys, Ive been unsuccessful in finding a really wide range pH tester. Im talking from like 3.0 to 10.0 at least. Also i wouldnt mind good hardness testers to go along with it and perhaps even conductivity. (im looking into breeding some blackwater species of Apistogramma, and Tangs of course ) Can anyone recommend a good, accurate, wide range test kit that wont cost me an arm and a testicle? Cheers, Cody
  3. Minutes away from buying one just wanting some opinions.. I'm aware you have to get them calibrated or what not, but don't know what's envovled?.. is there a better alternative around the same price($95)?.. Thanks in advance
  4. I've always just used simple water test kits pretty much cheapest ones could buy. Was wanting to take my water parameters a bit more serious now with maybe buying some more expensive fish. Have tried searching heap on here but not to much has come up. So therefore I was wondering what test kits (strips/drips/electronic) fellow fish keepers use and the feedback about it would be great! Cheers, Tim.
  5. So i tested my tank tonight, as per the norm, and ended up with an Ammonia reading of almost 2?! (first one on the left) As soon as i saw that i started draining the tank and done a few more tests... So, has anyone else ever had a problem with API testers? This is a first for me with Ammonia, but ive had trouble with the PH tests a few times now...
