  1. Looking for black vinyl for the back of my 3×2. Does anyone know where to find it on the northside? Cheers
  2. when people wrap their tank in black, which do you think looks better for a planted tank, gloss or matte?
  3. So JayPee is all out of blue vinyl and I'd really love to find some this weekend. Can anyone point me in the right direction around Bris? Maybe a sign shop that is known to have some in stock??
  4. Hi, Just ordered a 6X2X28" and can get the builder (Dennison) to apply Vinyl for me at a very reasonable price. I was just wondering what other people would recommend? I have always used water based acrylic paint on the back of my previous tanks. Let me know what you think Thanks in advance for your input, and sorry if this topic has already been covered.

  6. G'day, I set up my tank and sump over the weekend but my return pump is pumping too quick for the drains. I think this may be because the drain hoses are kind of kinked and squashed from the way they were packaged. The sticker on the hose said to soak in warm water to straighten. This worked for the 3/4" but not for the 1" hose. Anyone got any tips on how to straighten/unsquash (don't think thats a word but you get the idea) the hose? Its clear vinyl hose that I bought from bunnings. If all else fails I'll just hunt down some braided hose. Thanks Damo
