  10. i arrived home last night to find that 150 litres of water had leaked all over my carpeted floor bedroom. there was only about and inche or 2 of water left inside my tank. my tank contained my colony of tropheus, breeding pair of white calvus and 5 or 6 little frontosa. thankfully all the fish in the tank were ok but just very scraed and gasping for air. i then realised that i had a breeder box in the top of the tank where there was no water. inside that breeder box was my white calvus breeding female that had a batch of fry in her shell with her. they were all dead. i tipped out the shell to find 40-50 white calvus fry. all my other fish were ok and are now in different tanks. the water leaked through an air tube that some how came disconnected fomr my air pump and then some how started siphoning out water. and tomorrow i leave to go on hoilday for 2 weeks. how could i prevent this next time?
