Lofties
So much for Dovii fry. She watched over them for a few days and then seemed to lose interest. As soon as she moved away the black catfish ate the lot. Maybe next time.

Lofties
Hi Nathan, keep an eye on him-he'll only sook for a couple of days and then go agro. If you put another female in with him just make sure you have some other smaller fish in with them. They'll act as decoy fish-just gives him something else to hammer instead of the female. We just threw in a Jag, a Red Devil, and a Freddie-just for kicks.
BarryToucher
Haha, he's only a sook because there is a 28cm Red Texas in there that's boss, I cant see that Changing either when the RT would weigh in double him! It's actually good to see Dovii in a community tank Makes me happy
jhuelin
It wont last mate. Seen the teeth on a dovii? I am yet to see one in a community tank long term mate. The only thing that survives with mine is a biiiiig pleco. Everything else, big or small = lunch.
