Donny@ageofaquariums
Keeping the lights out is an excellent strategy actually. kudos I'd chuck a sheet over the tank tomorrow if you cant move them then. “I mean only that I hope they find darkness or paradise without fear of it, if they can.” ~ Erin Morgenstern, The Night Circus
Nini
I always overfeed aggressive fish.. ...and then hope they like food more than they like fish ....and then do a big water change the next day.

ozmo
This is just plain ridiculous. That many fish in such a small tank with inadequate filtration and to top it off everyone giving absurd advice. You can't be serious. Maybe you need to consider a different hobby. One that doesn't involve cruelty to animals.
jonno_c88
I dont know where you did your reaearch before buying your fish, that is if you did any. But honestly mate how could you think owning big yanks could be ok in two foot tanks. From what im reading you plan on keeping a flowerhorn pair in a two footer. Im lost for words. And then I look at other posts and you are looking at buying a Dovii! Whats he going to live in, a bucket! Mate I would take them to your lfs first thing in the morning. I know you say your getting bigger tanks etc. But honestly get the tanks setuo properly before you buy the fish.
