unheatedtank
.Hi all, It is too hot so I need to find an excuse to go shopping. I have 6ftx70cm tank with just 45mins sunlight and I am losing my battle with hair algae. So before upgrading the tank, I want to fight it first, and I need a few meters of black or blue color backing to block sunlight. Is there any vinyl from bunnings which I can tape on the tank for now? If it works, I will empty the tank and paint it. Which type of paints from bunnings I can use on my tank? Thank you. Heintz.G
Builders plastic sheet being only temporary black or the orange will be fine. Paint wise I use blackboard paint, but any that is waterproof would be ok.
