thatsright99
I can't be bothered reading the whole section, but in the section on screen it say "on land" Nothing about aquarium use or pets shop sales ect. Donny@ageofaquariums
If the aquarium is on your land, you dont have a leg to stand on. Its been tried before, and yea minutes passed before the chem spraying/potion tipping began. The noxious weed guys are all easy going until you fail the attitude test........ July 2010 to June 2011 Asystasia gangetica subsp. micrantha (Nees) Ensermu (Acanthaceae) Begonia hirtella Link. (Begoniaceae) Indigofera vohemarensis Baill. (Fabaceae) Limnobium laevigatum (Humb. & Bonpl. ex Willd.) Heine (Hydrocharitaceae) Sida ciliaris L. (Malvaceae). https://www.qld.gov.au/environment/plants-animals/plants/herbarium/weed-species/ Theres been lots of talk of it being declared noxious in QLD since 2012. But it hasnt yet. Few decent threads about it on AL forum. Likely that the DAFF lost a lot of relevant staff at the last state election which slowed down the machinery on these things. But now NSW has pulled the trigger on it, likely QLD will follow suit. NSW is always so progressive when it comes to weed laws lol
