Oscar_fiend
yeah dude looks like you are towards the end of your bio cycle perhaps another week with small 5-10% water changes every 2 or 3 days and those nitrates should drop down to the desired level. perhaps try focusing on syphoning out any detritus you can see in your filter and on your sandbed, that what I do hen my nitrates start to creep. other than that it sounds good to go for some softies which are hardy as fudge, you could throw in some morphs or zoas to start getting some colour now if you want as they can thrive in anything hope this helps and happy reef keeping ! african-cichlids
Cheers oscar_fiend yer iv got nitrates down to between 10-15 now still would like it to be less with couple more WC should do it. High nitrates are to be expected tho especially when I didn't do a WC at all during the cycle as I was told to do by many ppl just let the tank go on its own. Thanks again and il look at morphs or zoas first before any other corals
