Sell s#1T on Dumbtree and find that after the third or fourth person that actually turns up you get up the next day to find you have been burgled and 1/2 you stuff is gone ! I found out the hard way - Mr plod says it is not unusual and that I take that risk every time I bring strangers to my house ! I have never had any of my gear returned and have heard no more from mr plod , and " Insurance money thieves" claimed my garage was unsecured and therefore goods not covered .
