I've done some Googling today and have found people who say "I tried it and it works", and people who say "I haven't tried, it I'm sceptical, it won't work". We have sold heaps and heaps of them and have not had a single person say it did not work or do what it says and in fact a lot have then come back and purchased more for their other tanks. There was an issue where there was not any ceramic shafts for them and a couple of spare parts but after having a chat with our Rep we were able to get that resolved and will not be an issue (just a oversight) should be arriving in the country in the next couple of weeks.
