As long term chemicals destroys life's including people. I've used it for over a year and all my fish shrimp plants and snails are several generations of organically bred. It doesn't get better than that. 1 out of 5 human babies die in Australia within 28 days! ...so why does people question natural products?!? ...are you afraid to live longer in this world? humbug Posted October 25, 2015 Report Share Posted October 25, 2015 Easylife is bentonite clay suspended in water. It acts as a flocculant and adds some minerals to the water. Although the product claims to remove chlorine from the water, PLEASE don't be tempted to use it as an alternative to a water conditioner. The claim is technically correct, but it takes considerable time for the chlorine to be removed, and fish are suffering damage during this time. A considerably cheaper alternative would be to buy powdered bentonite clay from a health food shop or on-line and add this to your aquarium. Just be aware that bentonite clay is a class 1 carcinogen if inhaled. Interesting, no MSDS is available for Easylife. The wholesaler advises that one isn't required because the product isn't imported .... but take a look at the bottle.
