I use a 20L bucket for hatching, then a 30cm x 15cm x 15cm glass tank for first feeds (artemia), then a 60cm x 30cm x 30cm for initial growout and then a 90cm x 60cm x 45cm for final growout. The smaller tanks can be lifted and poured into larger tanks. The larger tanks on automated large water changes.

If you only have one tank, you can lower the water level to reduce water volume to make fry feeding easier, raising the water level as they grow. However over feeding and tank hygiene can be an issue so I prefer to move fish on and nuke tanks clean in between batches. And if you aren't equipped to raise fish in numbers then it's not necessarily a bad thing to lose 90% of a batch.

I leave mine with the parents for up too 8 weeks, sometimes using powder food or just letting the parents feed the naturally ,I then net them or suck them out when I'm ready. or when the parents look like breeding again which is usually 4 weeks after last spawn. If you have quality pairs you should not have too anything other than water changes. But that can trigger a early spawn too.
