smicko
Looking good as normal mate, I like that starfish as well. How do you frag the hammers? I've heard everything from a bandsaw to hammer and chisel depending on how ghetto you want too make it. I have a few rather large hammers that I wouldn't mind splitting. I am still scared of cutting mushies but they have pups on their own. I have a huge red acan I will attack when I get some courage up. Cheers mick

Cheers mick That sea star, being a biscuit is partly why the temp for my system is 23c and with hammers or any corals you provide high oxygen, strong flow, temps from 22c to 25c, near no nutrients, toxins accounted for and it doesn't overly matter how you break them up, but a diamond bladed angle grinder is best. As you cut, make sure the flesh tears evenly and not pulling out of the calcium skeleton too much, same with acans, but with acans leave one full polyps intact, the rest will heal nicely. Yeh I don't split morphs, use to but couldn't be bothered, over feed them and they multiply them selves.
