GotCrabs Posted October 29, 2015 Report Share Posted October 29, 2015 Howdy all, just after some stocking suggestions for the tank that I am in the stages of doing at the moment. Tank is an Aqua One Horizon 60, 60cm x 32cm x 36cm, 69l, roughly 50% planted at the moment, planted are Glossostigma elatinoides, Hydrocotyle tripartita and heavily planted Vallisneria nana as well, substrate is a thin layer of ADA Amazonia on the bottom with a thick layer of normal aquarium gravel on top. I'm looking to purchase through AquaGreen 10 x Spotted Blue Eyes, 20 x Darwin Algae Shrimp and some more Vallisneria nana, would this tank be large enough for more small native fish that won't attack shrimp? I know no fish is shrimp safe, but besides the Spotted Blue Eye, Threadfin Rainbow, are there any others that could be considered to room with 10 x Spotted Blue Eyes? What about the Pygmy Rainbow? Has anyone kept them with shrimp at all? I'm only after native fish also, so any suggestions would be great. Looking to make an order in 2 weeks so order isn't quite set in stone but will order 10 x Spotted Blue Eyes, 20 x DAS and some Vallisneria nana, but are there any other small, shrimp 'safe' natives I can consider that would be able to be kept in this size tank? Are Rhads OK to keep in this size tank though? Roughly what size do they get up too? Also, I'm getting the Spotted Blue Eyes and DAS from AquaGreen, anything on their list that is suitable?
