Forums have always been like this, people defending products like they are their own children, pushing opinions down others throats. It seems to have settled somewhat, or the aquarium forms at least since Facebook groups started, this forum seems to have a deep conspiracy theory side tone, admins performing dark rituals late at night or something. I am not in the inner sanctum to know for certain! I hope with Donny it is not due to Carbon dosing products or regimes, I'm only little but I will kick some ass! You you should have seen Flying Giants back in the day, if you did not use A123 batteries or Stihl ultra oil you were treated worse then a murderer. My son moved house and was told the exchange was full and he would have to wait until someone left to get access. I quit ciggies a couple of years ago - My weight increased by 50% in a year - I now have pancreas , liver , oesophageal disease , Disphagea and am pre-diabetic ( early stage of type 2 Diabetes .) So honestly Donny If you quit and your weight starts to climb rapidly - see your doctor as a matter of urgency ! My health has never been worse in my life ! That said your wallet will feel better - unless like me your medications cost more than the cigs ( temporarily I hope ) Oh and of course all of my illness is caused by smoking - according to the medicos ! Thinking about getting an oscar. Dont panic guys, I mean the veggie juicer... not the boofhead fish lol. Part of my be healthy plan. Its hard to eat healthy these days. But I do like to drink.... so maybe I can drink healthy lol. With a bit of luck I can trick the kid into eating some veggies this way too. Quit the energy drinks too.... started walking an hour or so a day.... Getting healthy is boring but gets me ready for xmas break camping woooooooooot! GotCrabs Posted December 4, 2015 Report Share Posted December 4, 2015 Donny, I had a gastric bypass in June, have lost 45kg, eating healthy, drinking healthy, walking 3 times a week, 40 minutes or more, I don't smoke, don't drug, just drink alcohol now and then but will get back into it as the stomach mends more, no more Jacks and Cola cans, drinking XXXX Summers, no take away unless it's fish, Barra, Whiting, Prawns, have shakes, soups, water, diabetic cordial, have a Coke now and then, I needed to do this as my back was really bad to the point where my weight was pushing my discs into my nerves and causing pain, couldn't walk, run, stand for long periods, weight was shocking, used to be 95kg, used to have a beautiful missus, used to work, used to be social and happy, I'm not on anti depressants, strong ones, other reasons besides the weight for this, keep going Donny, the op for me was last resort, I was desperate, because as I've said to my parents, I might not make 40...
