Lofties Posted December 11, 2015 Author Report Share Posted December 11, 2015 Thanks OFRC. Sorry, no build thread. Tank is 2.6X800X800-around 1450 ltrs. It has one 50mm outlet which drops into a 4ft sump. Mechanical filtration is mostly filter bags, I change them 2-3 times a week. I also have jap matt and black sponge in the first chamber. The rest is pretty standard stuff-matrix, ceramic noodles, and marine pure blocks and balls. On that particular tank I also have an extra large Aquaripure nitrate filter which keeps the nitrates at 0. Main reason for the Aquaripure is to minimize water changes.
