Thanks to TheTechDen staff :D

I just wanted to say thanks to the staff at TheTechDen today. I brought in my Eheim 2213 which had only been running for just over a week because the impeller and the shaft both broke during the night. They grabbed another shaft and impeller from another filter (they didn't have spares) even though they are not covered by the warranty.

The filter is now running as quiet as a mouse, I'd forgotten how quiet it was supposed to be! The filter was always loud so I guess something was already cracked when I bought it? Ah well, it's all settled now, so thank-you very much for some excellent customer service :D
