Usually Males have bristles all over the snout and up towards the eyes and the Females will only have them around the front of the snout not up towards the eyes if that makes sense. Also another method I've found fairly accurate is the Males snout will feel squishy and the females solid well works when sexing Peppermints

:egrin: Thanks guys - that helps a lot. Initially I was informed that females have no bristles whatsoever, then research was saying yes to some bristles as you both have said but the guy I asked was adamant females have no bristles, I'm glad to finally have a straight answer :egrin:
