NO LONGER AVAILABLE Looking to re-home my giant gudgeon (30cm) and tandanus (20cm)

is there a genetic defect with the spin i only ask as there seems to be a slit boldge in the mid to lower part just before the tail not sure if its just from the way it is resting or if it has just flicked its tail as u were taking the pic  AM NOT JUDGEING U OR SAYING THERE IS IT JUST LOOKS LOKE IT BUT LOOKS CAN BE DESEVING just asking not trying to be nasty or mean

I think it's a Sleepy Cod (if not a smaller Gudgeon) but it's completely normal, some fish have a double dorsal fin.
