gingerbeer
I believe Techden was the first in QLD to have one. I now see Aquarium Central up the coast have one in place. Is this something every quality store should do? johnbetta

QldMick
Nothing wrong with a fish shop on selling fish that owners can no longer keep. I agree it is often all about the money with some places, I turned in some Malawi Eyebiter females, changing my tank towards more of a display, moving on any uncolored females. I told them they could have them for $5ea, I went back to the store and they had them up for $45ea johnbetta

gingerbeer
I don’t mid stores making a good profit from something I don’t want. But I am a long therm hobbyist. adoption tanks arE great for the beginner who just wants there fish to go to a good home. There is a cost to running a adoption tank so please support Aquarium Central - currently have a black shark looking for a home - and Techy and other supporting our hobby and our waterways.
