Hi all,

i was just wondering if anyone has seen this before as I can't find anything online. Over the past few days our female electric yellow has been either resting on a rock on our background or in her cave motionless. I knew this was not good, so I have kept a close eye on her. During this evening I have seen the most bizarre behaviour I have ever seen. She keeps going up to our flameback and putting herself in a vertical position and shaking as if she wants to mate with it (not sure if its doing it to our male or female flameback as they are current both showing strong colours). The flameback and any fish close by at this time starts to attack her so she returns to her cave and rests motionless (sitting on the bottom leaning against the side of the cave).

Any help is appreciated

Regards

Ryan

I haven't checked it yet, will do that when I get a chance. We did a water change a couple of days before, so I'm assuming that shouldn't be a problem but I will definitely still check it.
