WTB: Bioballs

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

Picked up 200 Bioballs today but have realized I need about 200-250 more. If anyones got some spare bioballs I could pickup cheap that would be great.

Otherwise I'll go the cheap road and stock the rest of my biochamper with Scrubbies.

I notice you live on the Sunshine coast. Grab a yellow pages and look for your nearest prawn trawler net repairer. They throw out industrial bin loads of old nylon netting when they repair. (They cut out the parts too holey to repair). Netting can be compressed as tightly or loosely as you need and is so much easier to remove for cleaning than bio-balls. Its inert and waterproof so it wont alter your water chemistry. PLUS it is free.
