OK guys I've never bought online before. I much prefer buying in the shop and inspecting the goods I'm buying.

However none of the LFS I haunt can match the pricing for the Hagen GLO T5HO Twin Linear Unit 36'' 2 x 39w + tubes. (Yeah I'm a snob and like useing quality products eg. eheim, jager, etc. & haven't got a problem paying for quality).

Has anyone used either of these two sites and can offer positive or negative feed back. These two are the cheapest I can find.

Aquatic Life Aquariums http://aquaticlifeaquariums.com.au/index1.html

GLO T5HO Twin Linear Unit 36'' 2 x 39w $157.55

Hagen Life-Glo T5 Tube 6700K 39w $28.50 x2 = $57

Total cost $214.55 + shipping $9 to QLD for upto 20kg

Aquarium Life Australia

http://www.aquariumsuppliesaustralia.co ... ge=aboutUs

GLO T5HO Twin Linear Unit 36'' 2 x 39w $139.95

Hagen Life-Glo T5 Tube 6700K 39w $29.95 x2 = $59.90

Total cost $199.85 + shipping ?

Hi Briztoon

We have those lights and tubes and we are also using them the light up our plant display and I have them on some of our cichlid tanks.

They are very nice and the quality is excellent.

I am responding to this from home at the moment, but I will look at the pricing tomorrow for you. We should have no problem beating the online pricing.

Regards

This is a great example, if you guys are thinking about buying something online why not challenge our sponsers to match or beat it.

I would suggest by PM as i know some online stores get great bulk discounts that the stores might not be able to compete with, but lets try and support these guys as much as possilbe.

Cheers,

Grum.
