japes
Nitrite readings and no Nitrate readings is a problem. Have you recently cleaned your filters (without tank water?)? Your tank seems to have lost it's beneficial bacteria somehow. That's quite a high Nitrite reading, and I wouldn't be at all suprized if you had an Ammonia spike prior to it. Pimafix isn't going to help at all if water quality isn't standard or great, which it isn't.
QueenslandeR
i agree with japes, and to add u should always have some sort of nitrate level in your tank, its usually only by water changes that your tank get rid of nitrates, sounds to me like your tank isn't cycling correctly at the moment.
