marklealea
I have just breed Albino Longfin Bristlenose. The babies are so tiny and there are so many of them. I am counting there is about 60 babies at the moment. Hopefully they survive all ok. This is a first for me I have found another love besides my L134 these Longfins are so graceful and really are an amazing pleco to watch. Has anyone else breed these and what do they feed there babies. lealea

marklealea
Thanks. I have been feeding them that as I love the viformo food. They are just so much smaller than any other L number I have ever brred before. They are nearly half the size but there is alot more of them which I think is the reason why. Do they grow quickly? How big are yours and what age? lealea
bestfish
they are about 4cm including tail. they are around 4 months maybe a week or two less. they have started growing quicker due to a bigger tank but i did notice a higher mortality rate over other bristlenose types. smiley
yeah albino longfins tend to be a bit more fragile than std or albino bnoses feed em the same as your baby L and theyll do fantastic peter
marklealea
Thanks guys . That is pretty quick growing which is good my other L numbers take more months then that to get to that size. I have them in a fry saver now as they are so finy and still have egg sacs on. So they have a while to go yet. lealea
