Brengun
I have a few glass shrimp in all my tanks including the plec tanks. Most of my fish either can't see them or don't feel like eating them. For breeding, I found putting them in a little 18" tank by themselves to be the best. Put plenty of plants for them to clean and a sheltered area for them to hide after they moult. Temp I imagine shouldn't be too high as the waters most come from aren't very warm. Ph, I think may depend on the species. Mine don't seem to care and neutral is fine.
