efc Posted May 12, 2011 Report Share Posted May 12, 2011 not sure how handy you are with tools but anything over 8x3x3 is probably easier to make out of plywood and fibreglass. The only major cost will be the front glass viewing panel. Also the bonus is you can assemble the tank on its stand rather then trying to man-handle all that glass to its final resting place.
