tuffy_rana Posted May 25, 2011 Report Share Posted May 25, 2011 stress can be a big factor aswell. for instance a female at say 10cm may not have faded yet but if you put her into a breed tank with a male and they start to court (male beats on her) she can fade very quickly. i gave a female 10cm fader to a mate that had no sign of fade yet and when intoduced to the male she faded inside 3 days, genetics do definately play their part but dont underestimate hormones and stress HTH Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
