mad-n-angry
what are you stocking in the tanks and how heavily a better questions is if the power is out will the sump u have take the water from 2 6x2x2 tanks without overflowing and flooding heavily stocked i'd look at 6 times turn over per our per tank so approx 648 ltrs per tank is 1300 litres x 6 = 7800 roughly allow for head height in ya pump selection and power usage some pumps will do 8000 lph but use 200watts others will use less but cost alot more so buy the best pump u can afford with the best head height and power usage
steve6610
i'd only be using a 6000lph, i run a 10,000lph on my system which has over 2000lts of water, or about double what your 2 tanks will hold,
