Included n the sale is a custom polished stainless steel stand with wood doors and side inserts, An Eheim 2228 complete with full media, inlet and outlet pipes, hose and spraybar, 250W Jager heater and 4ft twin T5 light with bulbs. My asking price for everything listed is $650 which is a steal considering the stainless steel in the stand is worth $400 and the Eheim is worth $200.
