need some help on wat to do with L278

hi every one i have just found one of my 278's upside down

he or she has a massive bloated gut but still looks to be

breathing. the temp and ph are good. but i havent got the

test kits to test the rest they are in a community tank with

all sorts of tetras and long fin and short fin bn peps, albinos

and commons. they are fed on a variety of veg, kelp pellets

and spirulina disks. i now have it in a bucket with air pump

and aqurium salt been in there for nearly 5 mins.

any help will be appriciated
