electric yellow cichlids Posted October 23, 2011 Report Share Posted October 23, 2011 nah that ones no good .. just get one lonnnng strip lights and get 12 volt adaptor .then wire it up .. it should work .. otherwise look for the ones that come with adaptor.. Could use a 12 volt battery (car battery) or 240volt to 12 volt ac transformer like a down light transformer then use a rectifier to change to dc or a 240 ac to 12volt dc power supply from jaycar.
