trk18 Posted October 31, 2011 Report Share Posted October 31, 2011 Agree with fJ, Found it very hard to find pairs of these fish took a bit to get a pair of synspillum that look as pure as I could find, same went for my black belts that I'm growing out they look the goods luckily. don't see the need to cross these guys they are a good looking fish as is with real personality allready. mickyd Posted October 31, 2011 Author Report Share Posted October 31, 2011 LOL there in my american community tank im not trying to breed them there just doing there thing aswell as everything in my tank its almost a mass orgy lol im loving the fact that there all breeding but as you all would agree crap that there not with there own species. but on the plus side my red devil will eventually eat all the babies, i have been debating on getting a male jin kang and putting it over my female but not sure if it would be worth it .. as well as another trimac but im a bit tossed up on what to do??? cheers mickyd Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Why breed them ? What would you do with some babies ? Also the fish dont have a choice if you only put two in a tank ? Do you want to or think its cool to breed anything with anything ? FJ kinda gotta agree.....well totally actually . an opinion should be based on a degree of fact and then your perception of what that fact means to you. really speaking in general terms the only people i see interested in this "mongrel" type breeding have only been in the hobby a short while. thats only an assumption on my part which became my opinion after being presented with some facts and perceiving them my way i fully support peeps that have a plan and wanna produce a line bred hybrid. i call that creation. mongrel spawns that people think are cool.....i kinda feel a little . i would love some debate with a view to changing my mind with a long list of pro's as to why mongrel breeding is good.....but i only see cons. maybe its the pessimism in my blood.....i dunno its kinda hard to say "it's my opinion that the moon.........is made of cheeeeese". fact will allways have some base in opinion Edited November 3, 2011 by tuffy_rana Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
