Wolfgang Posted January 12, 2012 Report Share Posted January 12, 2012 check the wiskers i have found at many times the females have shorter and blunt were the male is a lot finer and very pointed but a lot of cross breading has kinda made this a lot harder to notice ther is of course the anatomy therfor a ripe full of eggs female will show the swelling at the abdomen weras the male will show a slimmer line this applies to developed plecos only hope this helps a bit Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
