I've been corresponding with him for ages since I like to prepare my setup before hand, ie quotes etc, and he's been consistently friendly, patient and fast-ish with replies. Also, compared to other branded rimless tanks, his are much cheaper and great quality from people's comments. Note: In no way am I affiliated to him.
