Peter
Cheap and nasty australian ones are usually $10-12 a kilo on Ebay. If you've got l no.s etc, pm Brengun or techden to see what they recommend as a possible source of quality bulk wafers.

discusgc
I have bought some cheap wafers in the past and the fish were not interested in them at all. Cheap does not necessarily mean value for money IME.

Keegan013
I bought some off the aquariumtrader thats on this forum.. The add has disappeared now though. But the manufacture was "Feedwell" I think they could be the ones on ebay and my fish love them? They were $10 for 1kg and the guy selling them was in the mt gravatt/wishart area.. I have pepps and L104's that eat them as well as cherry shrimp and other fish like to pick at them..

I am that guy ... I have to say, you can't compare it to NLS or Hikari but for $10 per kg. It's not too bad. With fish that's already eating some expensive wafers, it take a very long time to change them over & most of the time they never do. But if they were feed since young, most will take them. There are quite a few breeders get them in lots of 20 or so kilo off me on a regular basis as it keeps the cost down. Regards, Ken

DVS969
Id go with Hikari, Give RPC a call and see what there forum price is for 1kg, I can't remember now. Depending on what L's they are you might be better off getting some Sera Viformo
