thaiga Posted February 6, 2012 Report Share Posted February 6, 2012 side view: top view(excuse the duck weed): when i bought this it was labelled as HC..... but it doesn't really look like the stuff on google: Hemianthus callitrichoides - Google Search is it MC? not sure what MC stands for.....so i couldn't google it. or is it something else. its growing really well but its not carpeting as much as i had hoped for. discus_noob Posted February 6, 2012 Report Share Posted February 6, 2012 (edited) Who was it bought from if yoi do not mind me asking? It appears to be HM like daydream stated above. That being said I have seen evidence of HC being leggy and looking like the above given no co2 and low light and poorly nutritioned. So I would be skeptical and only way to tell would be giving it its right environment and seeing which way it goes. thaiga Posted February 6, 2012 Author Report Share Posted February 6, 2012 its an outdoor fishtank with 80% light filtering which only gets about 4 hours of direct sunlight. i only just started adding co2 to it but it still bubbles without co2 injection. and i use no ferts. i just hope fish poop is eough.
