Mackayman
Hey B/Cods This prolly no help too ya, but Im a noob to glass drilling, 2 weeks ago I bought a 25mm bit to drill holes in new lids. Trust me, easy as. Knocked over 6 with no dramas. Just a bit of google / u tube research. Then again ya gotta have a predisposition for DIY. Not sure where ya stand on that. noyakfat
Hi mate, If you aren't game to have a crack at it yourself, you can go to "Pets 4 You" on Aerodrome Road at Maroochydore (just up from the Fish Cave a.k.a. Tropical Marine Centre).. Grant from Pets 4 You can come to your place and drill your tank to your specs. Go have a yarn to him first to see exactly what is required and what he will charge you before you commit to it. Cheers

Brendan what brand bit did you buy and where from? I seen it done at my old LFS just by running water from the hose and he was using a diamond tip hole saw on a router... can't be too hard. if you don't wanna do it yourself ring around to the local glaziers they do it too.
