Pantodon2
around 10' or bigger. Not too worried about condition. Cheap is good. All I need is a tank and preferably a stand. Will considering trading for new tanks. Cheers, Phil.

smellsfishy2me
umm.. i think you will need to go to a glazier mate, and get it made. 10ft+++ tanks are normally built in walls with fiberglass or bezzerblock sides. thats a massinve tank for it to be portable from house to house or even on a stand. you can get large sheets of seconds glass from them also. good luck mate. would like to see a pic if u manage to get it up and going. Pantodon2
I build tanks and would happily build a 10' tank from glass. The only reason to go into other materials is if building very tall tanks, say over 3' deep, where cost effectivness becomes an issue. The only reason I am avoiding building it myself is cost, I just want something to keep the big boys in the garage. I would never build an aquarium from "seconds" glass and hesitate to use offcuts/laminate etc. Also, I am yet to meet a glazier who knows the first thing about making aquariums. I am sure there are exceptions. I often get asked to repair tanks made from glass that is too thin or with terrible workmanship. Aquarium building is its own specialty. Thanks for the input though. Cheers, Phil.

Pantodon2
Thanks guys for bringing it to my attention. It looks brilliant and great value, I would love to buy it but its out of my budget. I am looking for a real cheap n nasty job for the garage. I will even consider damaged or leaking tanks. Cheers, Phil.
